During the event I took you through the power of data analysis. And what reactions that got! From “I'm already getting so much out of this” and “What an eye-opener” to entrepreneurs who have since started working with their own figures.
But in 40 minutes we could of course only scratch the surface. That is why on Monday 30 November we are going deeper!
Data Deep Dive – from figures to concrete action
From 10.00 to 15.00 we will get to work together on your business and your data.
Analysing data is one thing. But then knowing what those figures tell you, which conclusions you can draw from them and what you are going to do with them, that is where it gets interesting.
During this training day you will learn, among other things:
- which figures you really want to analyse as an entrepreneur;
- how to look beyond turnover alone;
- how to recognise developments, opportunities and areas for attention;
- how to draw the right conclusions from your data;
- and how to translate this into concrete plans and actions for your business.
We take plenty of time, work with relatable examples and go much deeper than during the talk.
My goal? That by the end of the day you not only look at your figures differently, but also know exactly how to use them to make better business decisions.
